The pinnacle of yacht ownership is best achieved through the creation and delivery of a new, custom built vessel. ARDELL has been assisting clients with new yacht purchases for over 50 years. We know the shipyards intimately and understand their individual areas of expertise.

Arethusa: Arethusa is a 47.08m motoryacht, measuring in just under 500 gross tons. Built with charter in mind, she offers accomodation for 10 guests. Arethusa is powered by twin 2250 HP Caterpillar 3512B engines, and reaches a top speed of 17 knots. She is classed by Bureau Veritas and holds the MCA Code of Practice for Safety of Large Commercial Motor Sailing and Motor Vessels.

Pherousa: Pherousa, a 67m new built project in Turkey. She is designed by the successful builders of Thetis and Arethusa. The buyer has the opportunity to take delivery of a 67m large yacht only 15-18 months after signing the contract.

This delivery date is made possible because with the hull and superstructure are already completed, the main technical installations are already onboard and the entire crew quarters are finished.
What is left is the installation of interior of the guest area. The buyer can bring their own designers to design and complete the interior, or they can use the design already suggested by Design Investment Sarl of Geneva, and work with them to further change and personalize the surroundings to individual taste.
The yard has a reputation for excellence in fitting out and can be relied on to execute any buyer's wishes to a very high and exacting standard.

OUT ISLANDER YACHTS:

The Out Islander 64 designed by Tom Fexas is a new take on what a cruising yacht should be. Here, "form follows function," if the function is living aboard, exploring, anchoring out, fishing and diving. The Out Islander 64 is a Semi-Custom boat with many cabin layouts and options available.

Purpose-built to be an owner-operated cruising yacht, the Out Islander 64 has the speed to out-run bad weather, yet is an efficient long-range passage maker at more modest speeds. Her 5'3" draft is coupled with a long shallow keel (with prop pockets) for excellent directional stability. Maximum strength and hull integrity are achieved with low weight, by using hand laid solid structural fiberglass below the waterline and vacuum-bagged Core-Cell® structural components above the waterline.

ALIA 82 LK:

The ALIA 82 LK is the latest from the design team at WARWICK Yacht Design of New Zealand. She represents the evolution of a long line of Fast Performance Cruising Sloops featuring both fixed and lift keel versions.

The ALIA 82 LK is built of Vacuum laminated PVC cored sandwiched composites with carbon reinforcements and can be classed to RINA and MCA specifications, with a personalized interior. The patented hydraulic stern door with integrated davits make dinghy launching a breeze.

The next sequenced launch is planned for spring of 2011.
